Our Philosophy
Like you, we’ve been on this journey too. We’re here to support you and our community in any way that you need. We’ll teach and guide you in the discovery of self-compassion, empathy, and non-judgment of self and others. Your voice is always the most important one in the room when it comes to your inner healing journey.
Your personal journey is about hearing your own voice, making your own choices, and taking the next best step for you.
At Mongata, there is no one size fits all; no gurus. You are the guru of your life and healing. We are practitioners with personal paths and practices who will help you find your own path and process to healing. Each one of us is on a never-ending quest for acceptance and deeper understanding. Diving into healing can be scary; we're here to offer you unwavering support.
We invite you to join us, wherever you’re at on your healing journey. We want you to thrive and live vibrantly.
[MÅNGATA]
A SWEDISH WORD MEANING
The glimmering reflection path of moonlight on water. It’s through this path, this secret doorway that we can take the inner journey to our own inner healing.
Four Pillars of Healing
By creating a practice with these four pillars, you come fully into yourself and have the energy to reconnect with your mind, body, and soul. These pillars empower you to be the fullest version of yourself.
BREATHWORK
Let the Power of Breath Heal You
Mongata Breathwork is a transformational reset using specific patterns, techniques and methods to maximize your healing and transformation. Using breath, you come into alignment by regulating your nervous system, bringing your body back into balance.
SOUND THERAPY
Listen to your Inner Guru
Sound Therapy and Sound Meditations are an immersive experience allowing you to unhook the mind and fully come into the present moment. It’s an invitation to listen deeply, coming into a restful and therapeutic state ,where you can access self-inquiry and discovery.
MOVEMENT
Move with the Mind-Body-Soul
Our movement practices use the mind-body-breath connection. These help you survey what’s going on with your internal self, listening to the signals your body is sending to you regarding pain, discomfort, and imbalances. Through Yoga, Qi-gong, Tai-chi, and Pilates you access more information about the ways your life experiences are stored in your body.
MEDITATION
Open the window of Your Mind
Mindfulness is the awareness that arises from paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentally. Starting with the breath, we cultivate attention on the body and the mind just as it is from moment to moment. This helps with pain in all its forms, both physical and emotional.
