Valarie Budayr is a certified Transformational Human Design Coach, Certified Sound Practitioner, Trauma-Informed Pause Breathwork Facilitator, and Mindfulness Teacher,. She guides others towards self-discovery and self-healing with the principles of Human Design, Sound, Movement, Breath, Connection to Nature, Creativity, Inner Traditions, and Wisdom Practices.
Through practice leadership, Valarie teaches others to use transformational tools to reinforce the intuitive knowing that we are all our own best medicine that will help them improve and heal their body, mind, and spirit.
Valarie invites her students and clients into immersive explorations of the self through Mongata’s online and in person classes as well as private sessions.
Her life mission is to share the beauty and wonder of the world while empowering others to be their best selves and show up daily with a renewed commitment to creating a better life so they can be the heroes of their own stories.
