The Emotional Fast - Week 6, Series 1 Why What We Think Matters

Have you ever wondered why you feel and experience emotions the way you do? The Emotional Fast is a six-episode series of the Mongata Podcast that will help you answer that question and use the tools you have within yourself to transform and embrace them.
